Liability waiver

I acknowledge that participation in on-the-water and paddle-based activities involves inherent risk, including drowning, collision, and injury from equipment or weather. I release Koi & Canvas, its instructors, and venue partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, and I confirm I am able to swim or will wear a provided personal flotation device at all times.
